Who can register to vote in Pueblo County?

In order to register to vote you must be:

  • A citizen of the United States
  • A resident of the State of Colorado for at least 22 days immediately prior to an election in which you intend to vote. 
  • You are at least 16 years old but must be 18 years old to be eligible to vote.

    Any eligible voter may register by mail registration by obtaining a State of Colorado-Voter Registration Form developed by the Secretary of State, from the County Clerk’s Office.

Where and when can I return my voted mail-in ballot?

The mail-in voter’s ballot must be returned to the Pueblo County Election Department no later than 7:00pm the day of the Election.

Do I need to affiliate with a party for a Primary Election?

To vote in a primary election you must be registered as a party member. If unaffiliated, you may declare your party affiliation.

How long are the polls open on Election Day?

The polls will be open from 7am to 7pm on Election Day.
