FREE SERVICE Economic Gardening Analysis, Helps business within Pueblo County compete by providing advanced, custom analysis with tools like Geographic Information Systems (GIS), competitive landscape analysis and customer psychographic profiling.
FREE SERVICE Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC), Provides procurement technical assistance to help you in the selling of your products or services to the appropriate government agency by offering confidential counseling at no cost. The core of our procurement assistance program is counseling and education.

SMALL BUSINESS LOAN FINANCING
Pueblo County Community Development Corporation (PCCDC), Provides low-interest loans to local businesses in exchange for a commitment to hire low and moderate income employees. The program is oriented to supply “gap” financing to businesses that do not fully qualify for conventional financing. Based on the financial needs of a business, the use of the borrowed funds and borrower’s credit history, typical terms will be for 5-7 years and interest rates will be based on the prime rate. Loan amounts range from $10,000 to $250,000.
LOWER ENERGY COSTS WITH RENEWABLE ENERGY
Colorado Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy Colorado, C-PACE is a financing tool, available to Pueblo County business, that allows commercial and multifamily property owners to finance qualifying energy efficiency, water conservation, and other clean energy improvements on existing and newly constructed properties, with repayment of the financing through a voluntary assessment on their property tax bill.
