Garrison Ortiz was born and raised in Pueblo, Colorado by his mother and grandparents.
Mr. Ortiz came into politics when he started a youth program for middle school students facing adversity. As founder of Educate Inspire & Change Pueblo’s Youth (EICPY), he worked to teach local youth that anyone with bright eyes, great minds and big dreams can accomplish anything with hard work and dedication.
